All content, features, and functionality of Junior Lawyer, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, are the exclusive property of Junior Lawyer or its licensors and are protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Junior Lawyer reserves the right to access user accounts for administrative purposes, including but not limited to providing customer support, investigating potential violations, and ensuring the security and integrity of our platform.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Junior Lawyer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
